At Bagin Store, our refund policy applies to all customers who have made a purchase.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or error that has led to your decision to request a refund. We deeply regret any discomfort in your shopping experience and are committed to resolving your issue as quickly as possible.

Below are our refund policies. Please read them carefully before submitting a request to us.

Refund/Replacement Eligibility

We accept refund or replacement requests only if the following initial conditions are met:

  1. Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
  2. Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, intact, and in new condition. (The packaging does not need to be intact.)
  3. Product Defects: The product must have a defect caused by us (e.g., damage during shipping, poor print quality, etc.).
  4. Customer Responsibility: Refunds may be denied if the issue is due to the customer’s error, such as ordering the wrong size or color. We will evaluate the information you provide alongside your order details to determine responsibility.

If you meet the above conditions, please follow the steps below to submit your refund request:

Refund Request Process

Step 1: Email your refund or replacement request to support@bagin-store.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Specify whether you want a refund or a product replacement
  • Provide clear images or videos showing the defect and explain the issue.

Note: Images must clearly show the defect and include the product design to confirm it matches your order. This helps verify the product was purchased from Bagin Store.

Step 2: Once we receive your request, we will review it and send a response via email. Please check your inbox and spam folder for our reply.

Step 3: After reviewing your case, we will notify you via email if your request is approved or denied.

Step 4:

  • If your refund request is approved, no further action is required from your side. We will process the refund through your original payment method.
  • If you requested a product replacement, we will send an email requesting details of the replacement product. Please respond with the necessary information, and we will proceed with the replacement.

Important Notes

  1. Refunds cover the product value only and do not include shipping fees. For example:
    • If you purchased a shirt for $50 with a $10 shipping fee, your refund will be $50.
    • If you purchased a $50 shirt with free shipping, your refund will still be $50.
  2. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval, and the credited amount will appear in your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank.

Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product, please email us at support@bagin-store.com after receiving confirmation of your return or replacement approval. Provide the following details in your email:

  • Product model
  • Color
  • Size
  • Quantity

There will be no additional fees unless you request changes in size or color.
