Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover. You don’t need a PayPal account—simply select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” at checkout to pay securely.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 12 hours after your order is placed. After this period, your order may begin processing, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after that, excluding weekends and holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. For future updates on international shipping, feel free to contact us at support@bagin-store.com.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to correct your shipping information. After this window, we may not be able to make changes, and we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?
Not at the moment. We are working on offering gift wrapping and personalized message options in the near future.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at support@bagin-store.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable). We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Are shipping fees refundable?
No. Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend going one size up for a more relaxed fit.
Are your products machine washable?
Yes, our apparel is machine washable. For best results, turn the garment inside out, wash with cold water, and air dry or tumble dry on low heat to protect the print.
